He is adept in Management, Strategy, Operations, Recruiting, and Analysis, with extensive experience in technical recruiting and business operations. As a talent partner for cutting-edge companies backed by top-tier VCs, he plays a pivotal role in executive-level recruitment and sourcing top talent in emerging technologies.

Previously, he served as the Recruiting Operations Leader at Protocol Labs, where he successfully scaled the headcount by 400% in 1.5 years. His background also includes roles such as Senior Business Operations Manager and HR and Recruitment Manager at MacGregor Partners and leadership positions in talent acquisition at Frontier Services Group Ltd and Oklahoma State University.

JJ holds a Master’s Degree in Training and Human Resource Development from the University of Wisconsin Stout Graduate School and is certified as a SHRM - Certified Professional.
