I’m a global People & Culture executive with over 20 years of experience helping high-growth technology companies scale through strategic people leadership. I partner with CEOs, founders, and executive teams to build high-performing organizations that balance business growth with exceptional employee experiences.

Throughout my career, I’ve led global HR functions across distributed organizations, driving organizational design, leadership development, talent strategy, compensation, performance management, and HR transformation. My focus is on aligning people strategies with business objectives to deliver measurable, sustainable results.

I was hired as the first Head of HR for Filecoin Foundation from Aug 2022 to Aug 2026, reporting to the Founding Officers and Head GC. As I leave the Foundation, I'm starting up my own networking community called The Chi Alliance  (Connecting Human Innovators) to support startup, Series A to C organizations to fill the void without having an operations, HR, and recruiting team.
