I lead operations and applied AI at Protocol Labs, with a primary focus on the PL Alignment Asset and AI adoption. For PLAA, I manage the systems and cross-functional execution behind participant onboarding, issuance, launch readiness, reconciliation, and coordination across legal, compliance, finance, engineering, vendors, and leadership.

I also manage operations for several Blue Funds and currently lead People/HR for PLCS during a transition. My work increasingly centers on turning recurring operational problems into practical AI tools and apps. I vibe-code prototypes, evaluate platforms, and design review-first automations that improve access to information and decision-making while preserving human judgment and accountability.
