Piotr Galar is the Co-Founder and Tech Lead of IPDX.co, a Developer Experience consulting service based in Warsaw, Poland.

Piotr specializes in enhancing workflows through automation and a human-centric approach to champion productivity in software development. Piotr's expertise includes CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Docker, Cloud Computing (AWS), and Distributed Systems, alongside proficiency in languages such as Scala, JavaScript, Java, and Python.

At IPDX, Piotr leads software development, automating Docker-based release processes for IoT devices, migrating large codebases to GitHub Actions, and improving security for GitHub organizations.

Previously, as a Senior Software Engineer Team Lead at Protocol Labs, Piotr created and led the Developer Experience team, significantly improving productivity and collaboration by automating workflows for over 300 developers across numerous open-source repositories. Prior to that, as a Senior Software Engineer at Sumo Logic, Piotr was a founding engineer of the Developer Experience team, leading large-scale CI and build system migrations.

Piotr is also a contributor to the FVM project and is currently focused on improving the work, well-being, and happiness of developers through better tools, systems, and processes.
