Phoebe Poon is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer at Liker Land, a Web3 company focused on decentralized publishing.

Phoebe has been instrumental in building a decentralized ebooks marketplace, onboarding over 200 publishers and authors, listing more than 500 books, and achieving 10k monthly active users.
