David Gasquez

David Gasquez is a Senior Data Engineer at Protocol Labs, where he focuses on creating and maintaining multiple data platforms for the ecosystem. He excels in unifying, cleaning, and transforming data from multiple sources into useful reports or dashboards, enabling cross-functional coordination across teams and companies.

Previously, he served as a Data Engineer at Buffer, where he was instrumental in evolving the data architecture and tools to make data actionable, improving user experience for data scientists, and iterating on data governance.

David has a strong foundation in AI, Machine Learning, and Data Engineering and has contributed to several open source projects, including work on Filecoin and Gitcoin data, ETLs, and dashboards.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Granada and has a keen interest in distributed and decentralized systems.
