I'm COO of Funding the Commons, where I lead strategy, brand, marketing, partnerships, and support our CEO with fundraising. We build programs that connect builders, funders, and public institutions around new models for funding public goods.
I've spent 14+ years across brand, marketing, and communications—starting in biotech marketing and crisis PR, then seven years in-house at Chanel, LVMH, and L'Oréal running innovation, product development, and global GTM for half of a €1B skincare portfolio (US and APAC).
I went on to co-found Whooden/Studios, a full-service creative agency (Maison Margiela, McLaren, Condé Nast, L'Oréal still today), where I now advise, and an artist residency in a 12th-century monastery in Provence. My academic background is in political science, economics, and law—I've stayed fascinated by trust networks, coordination problems, and what makes movements tip.
What I care most about now: putting community at the center of how brands grow, and building systems that help small, creative teams do their best work without burning out.
Happy to talk GTM, fundraising, narrative strategy, brand building, comms/marketing/creative/events team design, or the messier human side—team dynamics, hiring, onboarding, transitions. I'm between NY, Paris, and Provence; always up for coffee when we're in the same place.
