At Owl Protocol, Leo is building a development platform focused on enabling web3 adoption through no-code & REST APIs for smart contracts, MPC & Smart Wallet deployment, and Web2 integrations for enterprise. As Founder & CEO of Vulcan Link, Leo leads a blockchain API and Chainlink node operator, securing billions of dollars of assets in the DeFi industry across various blockchains including Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum, and Solana.
