With over 25 years of leadership in enterprise sales, technology commercialisation and cross-border transactions, Richard leads Corum’s Europe and Africa team in sell-side mid-market technology M&A. Corum has completed more than 500 transactions, creating over 20 billion US dollars in founder wealth across software, IT and digital platforms.

A physicist by training with deep expertise in artificial intelligence and advanced technologies, Richard brings technical fluency to M&A and investment, helping founders translate complex innovation into clear commercial value. At Ensygnia he provides strategic oversight of intellectual property and licensing for secure authentication technologies.

As an investor, he backs early-stage ventures either directly or through Silicon Roundabout Ventures and the Raspberry Syndicate, supporting founders where both the team and technology are exceptional. His value lies in combining capital with strategic insight, including exit readiness, positioning and buyer engagement.
