Frederik Groce

Frederik Groce is a Partner at Wellington Access Ventures and a Deal Lead for Wellington Management's private company investment activity in early-stage companies. Based in Bellevue, Washington, Frederik specializes in venture investing across B2B SaaS, Vertical SaaS, RegTech, GovTech, and enterprise technologies, with an additional focus on AI, DevOps, fintech, digital health, and consumer technology.
