Ty Findley is a Co-founder and General Partner at Ironspring Ventures, based in Austin, Texas.

Ty specializes in digital industrial innovation, leading early-stage investments in companies transforming sectors such as construction, manufacturing, transport & logistics, and alternative energy.

With over a decade of experience in digital industrial investment, Ty brings engineering roots and a deep understanding of industrial innovation to the firm.

Prior to co-founding Ironspring Ventures, Ty held investment roles at Pritzker Group Venture Capital, GE Ventures, and G51 Capital, and began a career as a Design Engineer at The Boeing Company.

Ty is also a Kauffman Fellow and holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Baylor University.
