Simon Espínola

Simón Espínola is the Co-Founder and COO of Dobprotocol, an economist and PMP with a track record in scaling real world businesses and innovating at the intersection of blockchain, RWAs, and governance. Before Dobprotocol, he helped scale Naturland to 20 stores, 10 franchises, and over 100 products, gaining deep, hands on experience in operations, unit economics, and retail expansion. DraperU alumni, Simón now focuses on building Dobprotocol, a liquid RWA DEX that validates machine cashflows, such as those generated by income producing physical assets, and makes them investable onchain.

At Dobprotocol, he leads the effort to combine rigorous validation of real world performance with decentralized liquidity, advancing a future where machine generated revenue streams are transparently tokenized, globally accessible, and woven into the emerging machine economy.
