Tom Driscoll is a Principal at Differential Ventures, a seed-stage venture firm based in the New York City Metropolitan Area.

At Differential Ventures, Tom focuses on investing in data and AI companies, with key interests in AI Powered Business, Advancing the Machine Learning Tech Stack, Future of Engineering and Infrastructure, and Responsible Data Management.

Previously, Tom served as a Strategy Manager in Samsung's Consumer Electronics Division, where Tom led business model innovation projects for the Home Entertainment, Home Appliance, and B2B/B2C Display businesses. Tom also contributed to the growth strategy at Latch on the Business Operations team, guiding the company through its IPO. Earlier in Tom's career, Tom participated in Lenovo's Global Future Leaders rotational development program, gaining experience in Service Delivery Operations, Sales Operations, and Product Marketing.

Tom graduated from Vanderbilt University with a BA in English Studies and a minor in Corporate Strategy. Tom is currently focused on identifying and supporting technical founders building data-centric companies.
