Luis Shemtov is a Founder and General Partner at Lunar Ventures, a Berlin-based pre-Seed Venture fund established in 2017. Luis co-founded Lunar Ventures with Dr. Elad Verbin and Mick Halsband, specializing in deep tech investments at the intersection of infrastructure, AI, autonomy, and science.
