Founder and CEO
Delleon McGlone is the Founder of Mantua.AI, an agent-driven liquidity protocol built on Uniswap v4 and deployed on Base, where he leads the development of protocol-level peg defense for stablecoin pools. Mantua pairs a suite of four custom v4 hooks — Stable Protection, Dynamic Fee, RWAGate, and Async Limit Order — with an agent layer designed to give solo and mid-tier liquidity providers always-on peg protection.
He is also the Founder of Igbo Labs, an applied AI studio under which he runs Mantua.AI and broader product and research work at the intersection of AI agents and onchain infrastructure. As a DeFi AI track winner at Base Batches 001 and a graduate of Atrium Academy's UHI8 hook incubator — where he shipped the Stable Protection Hook — Delleon is currently building inside Crecimiento's Uniswap Acceleration Season.
With a background spanning community, product, and engineering, Delleon previously held roles across Web3 at Syndicate, Tally, and Raid Guild as a pre-2021 cycle entrant. Before entering crypto, he served eight years as a Geospatial Intelligence Analyst with the Georgia Army National Guard from 2012 to 2020, developing expertise in extracting signal from complex, high-stakes systems.
Delleon's technical work centers on Uniswap v4 hook architecture, peg-defense mechanism design, and AgentKit and Viem agent infrastructure, supported by full-stack TypeScript and React development across Foundry, Solidity, and onchain analytics via Dune. His current focus is building partnerships with stablecoin issuers, DAO treasuries, and v4 hook teams to expand peg-defense integrations across the ecosystem and deepen collaboration with the broader agent-DeFi community.
