Till Stenzel is a Partner at SET Ventures, having joined in 2021 and promoted to full Partner in 2023.

Till Stenzel brings nearly 20 years of experience as an investor, entrepreneur, consultant, and executive, possessing a deep understanding of the energy sector and its intersection with digital transformation.

Till focuses especially on the German-language (DACH) region and currently serves as a board member for SET portfolio companies including Frequenz, vilisto, and e-mobilio.

Before joining SET Ventures, Till was a Managing Director at DTCP, concentrating on investments in the digital economy. Till's professional background also includes corporate strategy work at E.ON, cleantech investment with Hazel Capital, co-founding TuNur, and policy advisory for the UK Government, Parliament, and the International Energy Agency (IEA).

Till Stenzel holds an MSc and PhD from Imperial College, London, a BSc from the London School of Economics, and is a CFA Charterholder.

Currently, Till is focused on identifying promising innovators that can scale their business models to benefit from the megatrend of electrification and working to bring together digitalization and sustainability.
