The release includes breaking changes to the ECHO data layer (tags stored as Ref, workerd-safe Type entities via deterministic ObjectIds), new AI features (multimodal tool results for Anthropic, sub-agent delegation supervisor, AI chat conversation forking), a switch from LevelDB to SQLite for persistent storage, and new Composer Chrome extension (CRX) capabilities including plugin-extensible page actions.
