Hard2beat is a new Polish VC fund backing early-stage startups with strong engineering foundations. The fund invests in teams solving complex problems through advanced software or hardware — from medical technologies to defense-grade autonomous systems. Hard2beat focuses on projects with proof-of-concept, early traction, or pilot results and avoids B2C, marketplaces, or generic SaaS. Supported by PFR Ventures and co-financed through the FENG program, Hard2beat employs an “early but defensible” approach, seeking technologies that are hard to replicate.
